Update Notifications

Update notifications are emails sent out when there is a change to an opportunity in your pipeline.

Email notifications are generated each weekday for users with the following roles:

• Business Development Manager/Business Development Manager - Admin
  • These users get updates for all opportunities in the company pipeline
• Capture Manager/Proposal Manager
  • These users get updates for the opportunity(ies) for which they hold either of these roles only.

The updates include information on all changes to the app.

Monday-Thursday the updates are sent out as a daily update at 11 AM PST. Fridays, the email is sent out as a weekly digest of all changes at 6 PM PST.
