Activity
The Activity feature is necessary to document all of the efforts that go into an opportunity bid. Use it to record results of past activities, create new events or reminders, collaborate with their proposal team, and more all within the Activity tab. You can even build MS Teams channels and meeting invites all from Capture2Proposal in a safe and secure manner.
C2P provides account managers with the ability to configure types of activities, user response options, and more, to make a system that works exactly how you do business. Some default options are available for all users, but your content can be as unique and custom as your own business.

Create a new activity following these simple steps. Capture2Proposal provides the default options needed to build an activity straight out of the box, although advanced customization is required for MS Teams integration and additional status options and activity types.

Learn about the various user interfaces for this feature here, including the Central Activity view.

You've created an activity, but now you want to update a field, add a user, or view the progress your team is making on the task. This link tells you how to do all that!

You received an email letting you know that you have been assigned an activity, or you saw a flag for the activity on your pipeline page. This section explains what you need to do to respond.

You will need access to Azure AD for these steps, so you may need to talk to your IT support to complete this section.

To customize the activity types, status options, and other visible choices in the Activity feature, you need to be an account manager. These updates will be available for all newly created activities in your account. Some options can also be retroactively added for existing activities, e.g., new status options within a status category can be made available to open activities.
